About myself,

                             Hi my name is Tam,
I've been lifting for 3 years.I started lifting in beginning of 2009. The whole year of 2010, it was the learning process how to lift  the big 3 which are: SQUATS BENCH and DEADLIFTS.  It took alot of hard yard in to this, was very hard work. I injured myself 3 time from squatting benching and deadlifting wrong technique.

*Squats-injured lower back muscle

*Bench- shoulder pain.

*Deadlift- lower back pain, some back rounding.

Lucky wasnt a disk slip, been going chiropractor for 4 months because i always have little nagging pain.
Then i decided to video myself to check on my form. I realise how bad my technique was, no wonder why i was injured. So i try to fix the problems alot trial and error! I post alot of my technique on Starting Strength forums, to get check out by Mark Rippetoe and experience members, so got it sort out right away the next workout. From there, took me 8 months to get it right. Then on i stop seeing the chiropractor. My technique has improve,i didnt have a any nagging pains. It save me so much money.

The program i was doing from Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength.  This program   targets beginners to learn the foundation of the basic lifts to get stronger.
i was a hardgainer went up to from 72kg to78kg. I did see result, i was gaining more mass just by doing heavy compound lifts. So there we go, thats all i can say for now. If anyone wanna want to ask any question about training or working out, i like to use the word (training) lol.. I'll be more willing to  help you guys out. I know a fair bit about training, i do alot of research, it's my passion. Anyways,

Ill be uploading some of my photo of me tomorrow, if i can get it working cuz of my stupit phone cant connect usb to my computer.
